Point with the representation of Sobek. Casting Sacred Space Light the Altar candle and take it to the North Cardinal point. Place a drop of wax from the altar candle into the salt, hold up the bowl of salt and recite: I spread this salt of our earth Sprinkle the salt around the perimeter of the Temple, beginning and ending at the North. Move to the east and light the incense with the altar candle, then recites I light this incense Walk with the burning incense around the perimeter of your
Sacred Space, beginning and ending at the East. Move to the South and light
the red fire candle with the altar candle, then recite: Walks the candle around the perimeter of the Sacred Space,
beginning and ending at the South. Move to the West, and place a drop of wax
into the water, then recite: Sprinkle the water around the perimeter of the Sacred Space beginning and ending at the West. Move back to the North, use the Altar candle to light the
North CP Candle and say: Move to the East, light the East CP Candle and say: I call to the great God Ra Move to the South, light the South CP Candle and say: I call to the Great God Set Move to the West, light the West CP Candle and say: I call to the Great God Anubis Move to the altar and replace the altar candle upon it. Bow and say: I call to the Great Goddess Ma’at Spend as much time as you need gathering your thoughts. Visualize each God and Goddess you have summoned standing at the cardinal points, with Ma’at standing behind the altar. Keep in mind that these Gods and Goddesses know the entire truth of the event which has caused this anger in you, and will not hear any lies you may speak, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Hold the quartz crystal in your power hand, and make a fist around it. Keep this stone in your hand throughout the next part. Speak aloud the situation which has caused this anger and be very specific. Give as much details as possible. Then speak of how you feel about this issue or issues, again in as much detail as possible. Spend as much time as you need doing this and make sure you say everything that needs to be said. Everything that is in your heart and soul regarding these issues. When you have finished, you should feel tired, as if you have been emotionally drained. Place the crystal back on the altar and take the pen and paper and write out your anger issues in as much detail as you need. If you are a Techie, use a laptop and print it out, but you will need to have your laptop and printer inside the circle with you. If you have difficulty, focus on the crystal, which has now absorbed your anger. When you have written out all you can, tear the paper(s) into five pieces. Take one piece to the North and light it from the North candle with your non power hand while holding the crystal in your power hand, while saying: Great God Sobek, hear my words and feel my desires. Place the burning paper into the cauldron, and take the next piece of your paper to the East. Light it from the East candle with your non power hand while holding the crystal in your power hand, while saying: Great God Ra, hear my words and feel my desires. Place the burning paper into the cauldron, and take the next piece of your paper to the South. Light it from the South candle with your non power hand while holding the crystal in your power hand, while saying: Great God Set, hear my words and feel my desires. Place the burning paper into the cauldron, and take the next piece of your paper to the West. Light it from the West candle with your non power hand while holding the crystal in your power hand, while saying: Great God Anubis, hear my words and feel my desires. Place the burning paper into the cauldron, and take the last piece of your paper to the Altar. Light it from the Altar candle with your non power hand while holding the crystal in your power hand, while saying: Great Goddess Ma’at, hear my words and feel my desires. Place the burning paper into the cauldron. Wait until all the pieces of paper have finished burning and have cooled. Place the crystal in the center of the piece of black fabric and cover it with the ashes from your paper. Wrap the fabric around the crystal and ashes to make a bundle and tie it shut with the ribbon, making sure to wrap the ribbon around the bundle at least three times before knotting it. As you are doing this, say: I bind this anger into this stone Once this ritual is finished, if you have a river or ocean near you, take the bundle and throw it into the water as far as you can. If you do not, bury it at least 12 inches down into the ground somewhere off your property. Now is the time to close the circle. Begin at the West, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Anubis for assisting me at this time. Move to the South, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Set for assisting me at this time. Move to the East, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Ra for assisting me at this time. Move to the North, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Sobek for assisting me at this time. Move to the Altar, snuff out the Altar Candle and say: Thank you Great Goddess Ma’at for assisting me at this time. This ritual is finished. If you wish, you may leave an offering of food near the Temple. Clean up any mess you made, put away your tools and supplies and leave the Temple, knowing that this ritual has purged your anger. The only way it could possibly still bother you is if you allow it back into your heart and allow it to still be a part of your life. GROUP VERSION This may be used when two or more people have anger issues against each other which need to be discussed and cleared up. In addition to the people who have the anger issues, there should be one more person who will serve as moderator for the two parties.

Point with the representation of Sobek. Casting Sacred Space This should be done by the moderator, alone. Light the Altar candle and take it to the North Cardinal point. Move to the east and light the incense with the altar candle, then recites I light this incense Walk with the burning incense around the perimeter of your

Bow and say: I call to the Great Goddess Ma’at All parties stand before the altar and bow, saying: I call upon the Great Goddess Ma’at The parties take their seats on opposite sides of the altar or balefire, and the Moderator stands between them, off to one side. Each person is given paper and pen, which they may use to make notes on, and a quartz crystal to hold during this time in their non power hand. Moderator flips a coin to decide who speaks first. That person, or the appointed leader of the group has 2 minutes to speak the nature of their anger. The other person, or appointed leader then has 2 minutes to speak the nature of their anger, or offer a rebuttal. Then follows 5 minute segments, where each person has the opportunity to speak their mind without interruption, going back and forth until the issue has been resolved, or a stalemate has been reached. In the case of a stalemate, then both parties must reach a compromise. If no compromise can be reached, then the ritual is closed, and shall be repeated one week later in the same manner until a compromise or agreement can be reached. Once the issue has been resolved, each person, or appointed leader writes down an apology to the other person, and they take turns reading it aloud. Then the papers are folded around the crystal each has been holding, wrapped in the fabric and tied with the ribbon, while each says: I bind this anger, wrapped with my love The fabric bundles are then exchanged. These bundles should be kept among that persons private possessions. The Moderator then closes the Circle, beginning at the West, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Anubis for assisting us at this time. Move to the South, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Set for assisting us at this time. Move to the East, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Ra for assisting us at this time. Move to the North, snuff out the candle and say: Thank you Great God Sobek for assisting us at this time. Move to the Altar, snuff out the Altar Candle and say: Thank you Great Goddess Ma’at for assisting us at this time. This ritual is finished. If you wish, you may leave an
